JJ and I met back in January 2021 at the Florida classic and there he introduced to me his programs on referee training and weight loss. I explained to him how I wanted to lose weight for better movements on the field and appearance.
Since that day, JJ has gone above and beyond to help me meet my goals, provide nutrition plans, and create personalized specific training sessions that give you an in depth of the ways to possession yourself on the field. So far throughout my transformation, I have lost 30 pounds and have all this new insight on training drills l/exercises that have increased my work rate significantly. Another part of the program that was a key factor was to my weight loss was the nutrition. Based on my exercise plan and other factors (height, sleep, habits, etc.), JJ planned the right diet for me and being very specific with all the portions, steps, and intake on supplements.
Lastly, as I was getting ready to leave for a regional youth tournament last year in June, JJ and I would have field trainings that worked on specific drills for referee positioning, presence, and whistle tone. This training was a big factor to my success at the regional tournament and then being selected as a referee to ref the national tournament the following month. I’m glad to have crossed paths with JJ and helping me reach my goals.
