What is the Personalized Program?
The Personalized Program is a twelve week program designed to help referees achieve an elevated level of fitness and conditioning so they can reach their specific goals eg. pass a certain fitness test, achieve a certain ‘look’ on the field or prep for the season. Fatigue will be a thing of the past, with the proper way to train in this twelve week program with your coach helping you every step of the way.

General Training Program
What is the General Program?
The general program is designed to provide a general fitness plan for referees to increase match fitness. The program will consist of a twelve-week training program broken down into four training sessions per week, including two weight training days and two running days.
Who is the General Program for?
Referees who want to get or maintain a level of referee fitness but don’t have any specific goals currently. If you have specific goals you want to achieve, eg pass a fitness test, increase speed, increase endurance, etc. the personalized program would be a better option for you.
What is included in the General Program?
Twelve week training program - 4 sessions per week (billed monthly)

The fitness test prep program is designed to provide a specific fitness plan for referees preparing for a fitness test. The program will consist of a ten-week training program broken down into four-five training sessions per week, including weight training days and running days.
Who is the Fitness Test Prep Program for?
Referees who want to pass their upcoming fitness test.

Off-Season Training Program
What is the Off-Season Training Program?
The off-season training program is designed to provide referees with a complete off-season guide to improve overall fitness and be ready for next season. It will consist of a 16-week training program broken down into four-five training sessions per week, including weight training days and running days. The off-season program will focus on progressive overload training. Referees will gradually increase the volume and intensity of their training sessions without the concern of upcoming matches that could cause over-training or overreaching.
Who is the Off-Season Training Program for?
Referees who are looking to improve their “trouble fitness” areas or improve their overall fitness during the off-season to prepare for next season.

Pre-Season Prep Program
What is the Pre-Season Prep Program?
The Pre-Season Prep program is designed to provide referees with a complete Pre-Season Preparation guide to be ready for the long grueling season season they are about to take on. It will consist of an 8-week training program broken down into four-five training sessions per week, including weight training days and running days. It will prepare referees by increasing their overall workload and intensity of their training sessions. Focusing hitting their peak fitness performance right at the start of the season.
Who is the Pre-Season Prep Program for?
Referees who are looking to prepare for their upcoming season and be in mid-season fitness form for their first match.
What is included in the Pre-Season Prep Program?
8-week training program
Program changes to allow adaptations for the upcoming season.

Full Year/Year-Round Program
What is the Full Year/Year-Round Program?
This program is designed to provide referees with a full year training schedule, providing off-season, in-season, pre-season, post season, everything will be covered. The referee will gain a full comprehensive understanding of what it is like to be Dynamic Athlete during a full calendar year, basically living the lifestyle of a high-level fitness referee. The referee will also gain an understanding of when to be increasing intensity and volume, while also providing a maintenance training perspective as well as rest, recovery, and active recovery
Who is the Full Year/Year-Round Program for?
Any referee that is looking to “Live the Life” of a high-level fitness referee, or getting on a full year training program that will provide an added discount.

A full-year training program with a programming discount.

1-on-1 In-Person Training Program
What is the 1-on-1 In-Person Training Program?
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be trained in a 1-on-1 In-Person setting with JJ Bilinski. The program is fully customizable and offers a few different options. You can come to Orlando, FL and train while JJ supervises your training session or he can come to you for a certain length of time. Or option 2 - where you train alongside JJ in his current training program and live the life of a “High Level Fitness Referee” The program will cover every aspect of referee fitness training, i.e. running program - high intensity running, sprint training, recovery runs, paced/tempo runs, etc. Weight training, focusing on different aspects of muscular endurance, strength, power, and specific sport training. Nutrition and supplementation will also be utilized, as the referee will gain a true understanding of how to fuel the body, best choices for recovery, and balance.
Who is the 1-on-1 In-Person Program Training for?
Any referee that is looking to “Live the Life” of a high-level fitness referee or put their fitness on the line while JJ pushes you the entire time.
What is included in 1-on-1 In-Person Program?
A complete training program package with JJ being in person every step of the way. Also includes a programming discount.

“The Elite” Training Program
What is the “The Elite” Training Program?
Do you think you have elite fitness as a referee?
Been through a few training programs already and ready to get the ultimate training experience?
Put your fitness on the line with “The Elite” training program -
This 12-16 week program is not for the faint of heart – it will push you to your absolute limit and get you in the best shape of your life!
Referees selected to be part of the elite program will be loaned out a Catapult Vector Core GPS Tracking Device, GPS Device Sports Garment, and Polar Heart Rate Monitor to collect all data points from every run and match. This data will be collected and analyzed on a week by week basis to maximize overall performance and recovery!
After completion of the 12-16 week program, the Catapult Vector Core, Polar Heart Rate Monitor, and Sports Garment will be returned to back to DAT Ownership
Who is the “The Elite” Program Training for?
Any referee that is looking to challenge themselves and put their fitness on the line day in and day out, while also collecting training and match data to train smarter not harder!
What is included in the “The Elite Training Program?
A complete elite 16-week training program package.
Program changes to allow adaptations for pre-season, off-season, in-season and post-season.
