  • The Personalized Training Program is a twelve week program designed to help referees achieve an elevated level of fitness and conditioning so they can reach their specific goals.

Off-Season Training Program

  • Looking to increase your fitness for next season or improve those “trouble fitness” areas from this past season? This 16-week personalized program gets your fitness into high-gear for the next season. We focus on progressive overload training with increasing endurance, strength, power, sprint speed, agility, quickness, and explosiveness. We also focus on moderate to high intensity running. This program will maximize all aspects of aerobic and anaerobic fitness to get you prepared for next season.

Pre-Season College Prep Program

  • The Pre-Season College Prep Program is to get your fitness peaking right at the start of the season. The program will focus on preparing the body for the overall workload of the college game and season. Highlights include increasing overall cardio (running) capacity, focusing on endurance, and high intensity running, as well as increasing quickness and agility. The program will also consist of a balance of weight/resistance training to help increase muscular endurance and strength. Lastly, the program will include recovery to help aid in performance from one game to the next.

General Training Program

  • The General Training Program is a monthly program designed to provide a general fitness plan for referees to increase match fitness.

Pre-Season Prep Program

  • The Pre-Season Prep Program is an 8-week program designed to have your fitness peaking at the right time! Right at the start of the season! This program will focus on preparing the body for the long grueling season by increasing overall workload volume while also being able to hone in on specific key match intensity fitness elements, like repeated sprint training, high intensity running, quickness, agility, power, speed, strength, and recovery.

Full Year/Year-Round Program

  • The Full Year/Year Round program is for any athlete looking who is looking to have a fitness program the whole year and be peaking during the primary season, while also have an off-season and in season program guide. The program will focus on preparing the body for the overall workload at different points of the year. Highlights include increasing overall cardio (running) capacity, focusing on endurance, and high intensity running, as well as increasing quickness and agility. The program will also consist of a balance of weight/resistance training to help increase muscular endurance and strength. The program will also help with recovery, rest, and avoiding overtraining. This program will be offered at a discounted rate due to the high level of commitment for a year long program.

Fitness Test Prep

  • Have a fitness test coming up? This 10- week personalized program gets your fitness right where you need to be to pass any level fitness test. We focus on sprint speed and explosiveness, while also working on moderate to high intensity interval running to maximize all aspects of aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

Youth Regionals/Nationals Tournament Prep Program

  • The Youth Regionals/Nationals Tournament Prep Program is to get you in top fitness for the ability to showcase it at the tournament. The program will focus on preparing the body for the intense tournament setting by increasing overall workload volume while also being able to specifically work on key match intensity fitness elements. Like, endurance, sprint training, high intensity running, quickness and agility, speed, and most important recovery!

1-on-1 In-Person Training

  • This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to personally train/work with Dynamic Athlete Training owner, JJ Bilinski. The 1-on-1 sessions will focus on customizing each workout to get the most out of your body/workout. The program can be tailored toward training with JJ supervising or training right alongside him as part of his daily routine. This program will highlight every aspect of referee fitness training as well as being focused on recovery, rest, and nutrition. Program can be based in the Orlando Area for a set amount of time, or you can have JJ travel to you! If you want to be your best, train with the best!

General Training Program

What is the General Program?

The general program is designed to provide a general fitness plan for referees to increase match fitness. The program will consist of a twelve-week training program broken down into four training sessions per week, including two weight training days and two running days.

Who is the General Program for?

Referees who want to get or maintain a level of referee fitness but don’t have any specific goals currently. If you have specific goals you want to achieve, eg pass a fitness test, increase speed, increase endurance, etc. the personalized program would be a better option for you.

What is included in the General Program?

  • Twelve week training program - 4 sessions per week (billed monthly)

  • Program changes monthly

It will consist of a 16-week training program broken down into four-five training sessions per week, including weight training days and running days. The off-season program will focus on progressive overload training. Referees will gradually increase the volume and intensity of their training sessions without the concern of upcoming matches that could cause over-training or overreaching.

What is the Full Year/Year-Round Program?

This program is designed to provide referees with a full year training schedule, providing off-season, in-season, pre-season, post season, everything will be covered. The referee will gain a full comprehensive understanding of what it is like to be Dynamic Athlete during a full calendar year, basically living the lifestyle of a high-level fitness referee. The referee will also gain an understanding of when to be increasing intensity and volume, while also providing a maintenance training perspective as well as rest, recovery, and active recovery

1-on-1 In-Person Training Program

What is the 1-on-1 In-Person Training Program?

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be trained in a 1-on-1 In-Person setting with JJ Bilinski. The program is fully customizable and offers a few different options. You can come to Orlando, FL and train while JJ supervises your training session or he can come to you for a certain length of time. Or option 2 - where you train alongside JJ in his current training program and live the life of a “High Level Fitness Referee” The program will cover every aspect of referee fitness training, i.e. running program - high intensity running, sprint training, recovery runs, paced/tempo runs, etc. Weight training, focusing on different aspects of muscular endurance, strength, power, and specific sport training. Nutrition and supplementation will also be utilized, as the referee will gain a true understanding of how to fuel the body, best choices for recovery, and balance.

Who is the 1-on-1 In-Person Program Training for?
