RWISOA and DAT Partnership

The Rockland Westchester Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (RWISOA) and Dynamic Athlete Training (DAT) are proud to announce a new partnership.

At Dynamic Athlete Training we are committed to improving referee fitness at every level. This partnership will provide RWISOA members with the right amount of fitness training to help meet the demands of a grueling season.

RWISOA Chapter Vice President Hector S. Rueda had this to say about the new partnership.

-“This collaboration was established with one clear goal in mind: to provide our college soccer referees with elite-level resources in fitness, training, and nutrition to help them excel during the demanding college soccer season.

As referees, we understand the physical toll a season can take—especially given the high volume of matches many of us officiate. Through this partnership, RWISOA is investing in our officials’ performance, preparation, and longevity. DAT brings a tailored approach to training that aligns perfectly with the physical and mental demands of soccer officiating at the collegiate level.

This partnership is also deeply personal to me. I have been a client of DAT throughout my refereeing career, and I can confidently say it has taken my fitness and performance to the highest level I’ve ever experienced. The program not only transformed my physique but elevated my cardiovascular endurance to a peak that allowed me to consistently pass the 15/15 fitness test—anytime, anywhere.

Testimonial – Hector S. Rueda, RWISOA Vice President Board Member & Referee

“When I first began training with Dynamic Athlete Training, I was determined to take my fitness to the next level—both in terms of strength and soccer-specific conditioning. I reached out to JJ Bilinski with a clear vision: maintain and build muscle, while significantly improving my endurance to perform at the highest level as a referee.

The onboarding process was seamless. JJ took the time to understand my goals and created a customized workout and nutrition plan that aligned with my refereeing schedule and performance needs. From day one, the structure, support, and attention to detail stood out. I was impressed by the regular follow-ups to adjust routines, track progress, and ensure my body was recovering properly—especially during the peak of the season.

Within just a few weeks, the results were undeniable. My cardio drastically improved, my physique became leaner and stronger, and most importantly, I felt lighter, faster, and more confident on the field. Running the 15/15 test became second nature—I could do it on command, without hesitation.

What truly sets this program apart is that it's built specifically for referees. The workouts, nutrition guidance, and performance tracking are all tailored to the real-world demands we face every match. I’ve referred several fellow officials to DAT, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

Even now, I continue to follow the program religiously. The difference it has made in my career is unmatched—on the field and off it.

Why RWISOA chose DAT

As a board, we believe that excellence on the field begins with preparation off the field. By partnering with DAT, RWISOA is providing our referees access to structured, referee-specific training and nutrition that can enhance both physical fitness and game-day performance. Whether you're aiming to improve recovery, pass fitness assessments, or maintain peak conditioning during the season, DAT is the resource to get you there.

We’re proud to offer this benefit to our members, and we strongly encourage our officials to take full advantage of this collaboration as part of our shared commitment to raising the standard of collegiate refereeing.
