About the Program

What Makes Dynamic Athlete Training Different?

Referees are the most unique athlete. Referee fitness requires a combination of endurance, power, strength, explosiveness, speed and agility. Most trainers aren’t experienced in working with soccer referees and their unique fitness requirements. Typical programs tend to be one dimensional, focusing on either resistance training (weight training) or steady state cardio.

Dynamic Athlete Training was developed by soccer referee JJ Bilinski, who has 13+ years on the field. He understands the unique fitness requirements of referees.

Each 12 week personalized program is designed specifically for soccer referees looking to acheive their fitness goals; whether that’s passing a fitness test, increasing match fitness or looking better on the field. The personalized program covers referee specific resistance training, cardio, nutrition and supplements. Weekly, one-on-one 30 minute check-ins with your coach ensure optimal program performance is acheived. Heart rate data is used to track performance progressions throughout the 12 week; training load is adjusted to each athlete’s current fitness level and their goals.
